ZABALA to take part in 1st Virtual Horizon 2020 Summit

ZABALA joins top Horizon 2020 experts to share their knowledge live online over a 5 day period.

From 2 to 6 October, more than 30 experts in Horizon 2020 will take part in the 1st ever “Virtual Horizon 2020 Summit”. Here they will share their expertise  and answer questions on how you can succeed in this programme by digging into the details of critical and uncleared Horizon 2020 issues in ERC grants, MSCA, FET, SME instrument, RIA &IA, Dissemination and Exploitation, Ethics and gender issues, IP, as well as in tools and platforms to advance the development of a successful proposal in Horizon 2020.

Experienced ZABALA consultants will take part with two presentations:

  • On Wednesday 4 October, Juan Cristobal Garcia, Senior R&I Consultant, will share his experience in preparing proposals for large scale projects like, for instance, demonstration projects in energy, smart cities, industry, etc;
  • On Thursday 5 October, Marie Latour, Head of Zabala’s Brussels Office, will provide a concrete example of how, through the ETIP SNET platform, actors of the energy sector are influencing the future Research Work Programmes.

This event is ideal for anyone who is already familiar and competent with the above-mentioned Horizon 2020 areas or not familiar at all since it is the job of the experts presenting to reveal to you the tips, hints and best practices on how to succeed irrespectively of whether you are a senior expert or just starting with Horizon 2020.

The summit is virtual, meaning it takes place exclusively online. Participating in real time is free of charge. Free spots are limited so be sure to claim yours now at:  Over 1600 participants have already registered.

Access to presentations after the summit will still be possible but will require the purchasing of a “Horizon 2020 Virtual Summit Premium Pass”.
